Weaving a Peacebuilding Movement in Colombia
Client/Partners: Colombia Cuida Colombia
Our Role: Strategic design and facilitation of this multi-stakeholder ‘learning ecosystem’ from inception to 3-day launch event. Convening 120 high-profile leaders from politics, business, and grassroots movements. We co-created repeatable frameworks focused on fostering a sense of community ownership and belonging.
Outcome: 17 regional, self-organising iterations of our event framework.
Building a Data Commons Across East Africa
Client/Partners: FCDO (RISA Fund), Systemic Innovation
Our Role: Leading multi-stakeholder engagement for the RISA 'data commons' project, building partnerships with governments in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. Designing and facilitating 10 events to drive partnerships across private sector, academia, and civil society to advance high-growth entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Outcomes: 7,200 organisations recruited to community platforms. Expert webinar launching DEI report in East Africa.

Advancing the Field of Network Weaving
Client/Partners: Ashoka, The Weaving Lab
Our Role: Co-founded The Weaving Lab from concept to growth, focusing on 'learning ecosystems'. Strategic and operational community management including programme design, team empowerment. Designed and delivered six-day launch event for 600 transdisciplinary leaders, plus year-long learning journeys for 40 leaders.
Outcomes: 1500+ global weavers across 80+ countries, each leading learning ecosystems. Spin-offs include Youth By Youth and Bio-Regional Weaving Labs.
Convening 2,800 Sustainability Leaders at COP Events
Client/Partners: NOW Partners, Future Economy Forum
Our Role: Planning and execution of 18 summits and workshops at COP27 and COP28, plus related Future Economy Forum events.
Outcomes: 2,800 CEOs and global leaders participated. Multiple global collaborations in the regenerative economy movement e.g. 40,000 Egyptian farmers transitioning more profitably to regenerative farming.

Influencing Global Policy on Future Skills
Client/Partners: WorldSkills, Global Education Futures
Our Role: Lead analyst and author of 'Future Skills for the 2020s' report. Designed and facilitated 17 rapid foresight workshops engaging 700 business leaders across 46 countries. Built collaborative learning networks with policymakers, businesses and changemakers.
Outcome: Report delivered to education policymakers in 80+ countries. Key recommendations: influencing education policy towards thriving futures for all, by building collaborative ecosystems.
Convening Transformations Action-Researchers
Client/Partners: Transformations Community
Our Role: Events and Operations lead. Designed and executed multi-hub conference strategy, built communities of practice, redesigned operations (recruitment, culture-building, project management, CRM), coordinated research papers, wrote newsletters.
Outcomes: Community tripled to 6,000 action-researchers. Designed and delivered multi-hub conference on three continents, and first conference in Africa, engaging 1,100 leaders. 31 engagement projects through community-led 'Department of Magic'.


Building a Global Innovation Community
Client/Partner: THNK School of Leadership
Our Role: Community strategy from inception to execution, orchestrating a global network of 900 social impact leaders. Through deep listening practices, design thinking and facilitation, we created a range of experiences from multi-day festivals to local events and communities of practice.
Outcomes: 28 community-led initiatives with transparent tracking and member engagement. Record event attendance & engagement.
